Francisco de Pájaro – Art Is Trash

This clip from 2022-12-15 shows a street piece by Art Is Trash, the project of Barcelona-based artist Francisco de Pájaro. His canvas is whatever people throw away: cardboard, bin bags, broken chairs and old mattresses become grinning characters within minutes. His figures poke fun at throwaway culture, power and the established art world. The works are deliberately short-lived and usually vanish with the next garbage collection.
