Yo, Art is Trash

Francisco de Pájaro – Art Is Trash

Behind the name Art Is Trash stands Francisco de Pájaro, a street artist working in Barcelona – this video was published on 2022-12-09. Instead of a studio he uses the street, painting directly on discarded objects and often improvising with whatever lies nearby. Most pieces last only a few hours – until the city's rubbish trucks come by. With humour and provocation he comments on consumerism, waste, politics and the art market.
