Francisco de Pájaro – Art Is Trash

The video from 2024-09-18 documents another work by Francisco de Pájaro, better known as Art Is Trash. His canvas is whatever people throw away: cardboard, bin bags, broken chairs and old mattresses become grinning characters within minutes. Most pieces last only a few hours – until the city's rubbish trucks come by. Beyond Barcelona, his trash art has also appeared in cities such as London and New York.
