Who is behind Art Is Trash?

This clip from 2024-09-10 shows a street piece by Art Is Trash, the project of Barcelona-based artist Francisco de Pájaro. Instead of a studio he uses the street, painting directly on discarded objects and often improvising with whatever lies nearby. Most pieces last only a few hours – until the city's rubbish trucks come by. Beyond Barcelona, his trash art has also appeared in cities such as London and New York.
