Saying on an electrical box – urban art in Barcelona

Who is behind Art Is Trash?

The video from 2026-07-09 documents another work by Francisco de Pájaro, better known as Art Is Trash. His canvas is whatever people throw away: cardboard, bin bags, broken chairs and old mattresses become grinning characters within minutes. The works are deliberately short-lived and usually vanish with the next garbage collection. Beyond Barcelona, his trash art has also appeared in cities such as London and New York.
